Welcome to AppointmentPlus, WinCup’s new logistics appointment scheduling tool! Our goal is to improve the efficiency of WinCup’s dock scheduling process by making it easy for carriers to schedule an appointment via the web, and enable us to better plan and manage our loading processes and resources to ensure we get you in and out of our docks as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Carriers must schedule an online dock appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance of pickup. We encourage you to book your appointment as early as possible to obtain an opening in your preferred appointment timeslot.
To arrange an appointment within the next 24 hours, please email the location specific WinCup Logistics Team via email below, or call 1-800-292-2877 for assistance. Please note appointment bookings less than 24 hours in advance are not available online.

How to Book an Appointment:
Step 1: Click
Powered by Appointment-Plus
Step 2: Select the WinCup “LOCATION” where you wish to schedule an appointment from drop down menu
Step 3: Select the date of the shipment on the calendar
Step 4: Select the arrival time on the right of the screen
Step 5: Select NEW USER or RETURNING USER and complete your credentials.
Step 6: Enter the Customer PO Number for the load you are picking up
Step 7: Click on the “Finalize Appointment” Button
Step 8: You will receive an Appointment Confirmation via email
