Attention Carriers: Are you an user? WinCup is excited to announce we will soon be offering carriers the flexibility to use OpenDock to schedule appointments at our warehouses. This tool allows you to use a single web portal to manage pickups and deliveries for all your customers from a single web portal!

To use in lieu of booking your WinCup appointments from’s Customer Portal tab, you will need to create a new user profile. Please log into and click on “Register for FREE” to get started exploring this new technology, which includes the option of Chat sessions with WinCup warehouse personnel. Future enhancements include improved ability to edit appointment details (order #’s, master bills, etc.) and reschedule appointments (vs. cancel/rebook).

Once you have logged into, enter “WinCup” in the Search Warehouses box to display all WinCup shipping locations, and ADD TO FAVORITES for ease of appointment setting at WinCup warehouses.

Use the BOOK NOW button to set a pick-up or delivery at the specific WinCup warehouse you will be servicing. All the AppointmentPlus features you are accustomed to using will be triggered, allowing you to complete the scheduling of your appointment.
